The Hotel was able to provide our group with the following monthly and annual data that we analysed as part of the tool developement:

• Electricity Consumption (Day and Night)
• Gas Consumption
• Water Consumption
• Occupancy (Rooms Sold and Sleepers Sold)
• Floor Area

As well as annual consumption data the hotel provided our group with the same information for each hotel in their chain and also the following additional information:

• Floor area
• Number of rooms
• Hotel Region
• Hotel Star Rating
• Exposure Coefficient
